How can I manage or cancel my subscription?


You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation email. If you need help, feel free to contact us at support@tootoocare.com.

Will my subscription renew automatically?


Some subscription plans renew automatically at the end of the cycle. If you do not wish to continue, you can turn off auto-renew anytime before the next billing date.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling it?

Yes. Many customers choose to pause their subscription if they need a break. Contact us and we'll help adjust your schedule.

How long does order processing take?


Order processing typically takes 5–8 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require extra time due to warehouse hours.

How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll resend the tracking information.

What should I do if my package shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?


Please contact us within 2 months of the shown delivery date. We’ll help investigate the issue. After this period, assistance may be limited.

My tracking hasn’t updated for over 10 days. What do I do?


If there’s no tracking movement for more than 10 days, reach out to us right away and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States.

How do I return my order?

If you need to return your order, we’re here to help. Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your package.

To start a return, please contact us at support@tootoocare.com and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product name(s) and quantity you wish to return
  • Whether any items have been opened or used (please specify)
  • A clear photo if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective

Once we review your request, we’ll send you the correct return address and next steps. After your item is delivered to our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive email notifications when:

  • Your cancellation request is confirmed (if applicable)
  • Your return is approved
  • Your refund has been issued

These emails ensure you’re updated every step of the way.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. PayPal refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover the cost. For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon.

Why didn't my discount code apply?

Discount codes can be redeemed on one-time purchases (unless otherwise specified). Subscription items, bundles, and products that already have a discount applied are not eligible for additional discounts.

Please note that discount codes cannot be stacked, and we are unable to adjust your order to a different code once it has been placed.
