Talia, the founder, previously worked for a Fortune Global 500 corporation. After becoming a full-time mother post-childbirth, she embarked on establishing the tootoo brand. This brand's inception stems from a fundamental desire-a mother's longing to offer the best to her children. "If I can't find the best, I'll create it myself," declared Talia. Consequently, she rallied a community of like-minded mothers who shared her values of dedication, rigor and unwavering commitment. "We're shaping this brand with a heartfelt dedication to our children and mothers worldwide".

tootoo developed three standards during the product development process, setting it apart from other products.
First, SAFETY. For baby products, safety is paramount and a top concern for all parents. While crucial, safety alone is not sufficient -it's the fundamental starting point for baby products.
Second, EFFECTIVENESS. while many baby skincare products may emphasize being "natural," their ability to truly improve the skin is often lacking. Even some homemade remedies can prove ineffective. Effectiveness is key in maintaining the essence of skincare products, making it a vital consideration.
Third, PLEASURE. We seek love and happiness in our everyday lives, and this applies equally to infants and children aged 0-3, even if they cannot express their opinions. Their experience is highly valued by tootoo.
Unlike other brands, our products are meticulously tailored for different age groups. We strongly believe that children's skin possesses unique needs that evolve with age, and only through precise age classification can we attain the required level of accuracy. Hence, in our product development process, we adopt the technical approach of "age classification+ bionics." We have developed three distinct product lines for the age groups of 0-3 years old, 3-12 years old, and 13+ years old, catering to baby skin, school-age skin, and teenage skin, respectively.
