tootoo offers free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time
The time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping service ranges from 5-8 working days. Orders made over the weekend or on holidays may face delays due to the warehouse operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Missing Packages
If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us within two months of the indicated delivery date. Unfortunately, we may not be able to provide assistance after this period.
