Cancellation and Refund Requests

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to accommodate you. tootoo accepts requests for cancellation and refund for the portion of the Service not yet provided. However, please note that fees paid are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

· If the user has not disabled automatic renewals before the expiration date and the Service has been automatically renewed for an additional billing period.

· If the product was correctly delivered without being incorrect or damaged, but the customer is unsatisfied due to personal preference and the product has been opened or used.

We're confident in the quality of our products and stand behind them with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a custom product with defects or discrepancies from the customer-approved proof, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your products. Here's how you can reach out to us:

We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers.

We do not accept packages that are returned directly without contacting us in advance.

Return Process

· Initiate your return by contacting us and explaining the reason. If the item you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, attach a clear photo of the item to your message for verification.

· Upon receiving your return request, we will send you the correct return address.

· Once you have shipped the item back, please share the return tracking number with us.

· We will process your refund to the original payment method within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned item in our warehouse. Refunds through PayPal are processed within 3-5 business days.

Please Note:

If the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a quality issue, we will cover all associated costs and provide a full refund. If the return is due to a customer error, such as selecting an incorrect item or size, the return request will not be accepted. We do not impose a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for the initial return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item because it is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with a clear photo of the issue. After verification, we will reimburse your shipping costs following the guidance of our customer service team.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 1-3 working days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. For payments made through PayPal, the refund will appear on the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
